A&T Systems Awarded NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement (NASPO) for Cloud Services

A&T Systems, an Advanced Consulting Partner and Government Competency Partner in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN), Authorized Government Reseller and Value Added Reseller, has signed a Master Agreement with NASPO ValuePoint providing AWS Infrastructure as a Service to State and Local Government, Healthcare Organizations, K-12 and Non-Profits.

The State of Utah, in conjunction with National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint, announced A&T Systems, Inc. (A&T)—an Advanced Consulting Partner and Government Competency Partner in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN), Authorized Government Reseller and Value Added Reseller—as the awardee of NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement for providing AWS Infrastructure as a Service, to State and Local Governments, Healthcare Organizations, K-12 and Non-Profits. This contract is effective immediately and valid for period of ten (10) years, through September 2026.

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), as referred to in this Master Agreement, is the capability provided to the consumer to provision processing, storage, networks, and other fundamental computing resources as well as deploy and run arbitrary software, including operating systems and applications. In this type of arrangement, consumer does not manage/control the underlying cloud infrastructure but instead controls operating systems, storage, deployed applications, with possibly limited control over select networking components (e.g., host firewalls).

NASPO ValuePoint is the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program, facilitated by the NASPO Cooperative Purchasing Organization LLC, a 501(c)(3) limited liability company (doing business as NASPO ValuePoint). It is a subsidiary organization of NASPO—the sole member of NASPO ValuePoint. NASPO ValuePoint facilitates administration of the cooperative group’s contracting consortium of state chief procurement officials and benefits the state departments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions and other eligible entities (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, some nonprofit organizations, etc.) for all states and the District of Columbia.
