A&T Systems, Inc. participates in strategic joint ventures that combine complementary capabilities, experience, resources, and contracting qualifications to support complex government technology requirements.
These joint ventures enable A&T and its partners to pursue and perform opportunities under federal multiple-award contracts, Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles, and other public-sector acquisition programs.
Army ITES-3S Joint Venture
A&T Systems is a member of Vencedor Technologies, LLC, a joint venture established to provide services under the U.S. Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 3 Services (ITES-3S) contract vehicle.
Through Vencedor Technologies, A&T contributes information technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, systems-integration, and operational capabilities supporting Army, Department of Defense, and other eligible federal requirements.
8(a) Joint Venture
A&T also participates in an SBA-approved joint venture supporting federal acquisition opportunities, including the GSA 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. This structure combines the capabilities and experience of the participating companies to pursue and perform information technology requirements across eligible federal agencies.
